When pacing an order with us you agree to the following terms and conditions. Nothing in our terms and conditions affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

This website and our policies are designed for use within the UK and under its law. A contract between the customer and Farningham Pine and Oak Ltd will only exist once an order has been processed and the customer debited.
Prices and the availability of goods may be subject to change without notice, upon receipt of an order we will endeavor to contact you within a 24 hour period to confirm details of your order including availability, delivery costs where appropriate and an estimated order time.
Purchases:
All orders are debited for the full amount once they have been reviewed and confirmed by us by email and/or telephone. You can check the status of you order by logging into your Farningham Chairs account.
We will not, without exception, dispatch goods until full payment has been received.
All Lloyd Loom of Spalding purchases are made to order and therefore have an estimated 6 week order time. Items available from stock do not have an order time and are often available for immediate delivery. If you are unsure if an item is in stock please contact us.
Cancellations:
Orders for items in stock may be cancelled during processing and up until the point of dispatch. If your item has already been delivered or is in transit please follow our returns procedure.
Orders for items not in stock including Lloyd Loom may be cancelled up to 14 days after confirmation and are subject to a 25% cancellation fee
Should the above conditions be satisfied a refund as stated in the conditions will be issued within 30 days.
Returns
Undamaged and not faulty:
All our products are inspected before dispatch. Should you wish to return a stock item from us and it is in undamaged and unused condition you may but you are required to pay for carriage.
Returns should be made within a reasonable time period (within 7 days) and in original undamaged packaging.
Damaged / Faulty items:
Damaged or faulty items may be returned for replacement, please contact us if you have a problem. Carriage costs for faulty items are refunded – but the cost must be agreed by us before you arrange a courier.
Damaged items must be signed as “damaged” upon receipt and we must be alerted immediately and within 24 hours.
Lloyd Loom / Non-stock items:
Lloyd Loom products are custom made and are non-returnable unless defective or damaged and signed as damaged or unchecked upon receipt from the courier. Lloyd Loom is a very high quality product and historically instances of returns due to faults are almost non-existent.
Payment and Taxes
We accept payment on our site in a secure environment as indicated by the padlock in your browser. We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Switch, MasterCard, and Delta). All transactions are processed in pounds sterling.
Prices quoted on farninghamchairs.co.uk are accurate at the time of their publication and are inclusive of UK sales tax VAT at 17.5%. We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, Delta and Switch.
Delivery
Delivery to the UK is currently free of charge, for orders outside of the UK please contact us before making a purchase.
Delivery dates are estimated and therefore may be subject to change.
Items in stock will normally be dispatched the next working day for delivery within 5 days.
Lloyd Loom products typically have a 6 week order time.
You will be informed about the status of your delivery and we will try and accommodate any special requirements you have. You can track the progress of your order online and also add comments if required. In addition the delivery company may contact you a day before delivery is due.
We accept no responsibility for loss, inconvenience or damage caused by delivery at any other time than the estimated delivery date.
Upon receipt of goods customers will be required to check and verify the condition of items and then provide a signature. Damaged or defective goods should be reported immediately.
It is your responsibility under the sale of goods act 1979 to ensure that all items ordered will fit in your home and that sufficient access to your property is available. Failure to accept delivery when arranged will result in a storage fee of £25 per week on non-stock items and we reserve the right to charge for re-delivery costs

You the consumer are responsible for proving a safe place to unload and store the goods until you can facilitate their placement into your home or desired place. It is not a requirement of the delivery driver to place the goods into your home.
Conformity of goods
We take care to ensure that the description and specification of our products are correct at the time of press however we do not take responsibility for differences in product colour reproduction arising from computer screen variance and hardware. Physical colour swatches are available on request.
Limitation of liability
While we will endeavor to verify the information we place on our site, we make no warranties, either expressed or implied in relation to its accuracy. Farninghamchairs.co.uk makes no warranties of any kind in relation to compatibility, security or accuracy in relation to the use of this site.
We disclaim all warranties of any kind permissible under applicable law and we will not be liable to you for any condition or any other term or duty at common law or in the terms of a contract or negligence (including any members, employees, directors or any other company in connection with us)
